1. The 100-Night Mattress Trial
How do you know it's "the one" after just five minutes in a showroom? You don't. That's why we offer a 100-night trial on all our flagship mattresses. We ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights to let your body adjust.
- Only one trial per household/delivery address.
- Mattresses must be used with a protector to remain eligible.
- Returns must be scheduled through our dedicated UK logistics team.
2. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order with Tundra Slumber, we'll send a confirmation email. This isn't a contract yet; it's us saying we received your request. Once we ship your items, we're officially in business. We accept all major UK credit cards and a few digital wallets too.
3. Product Descriptions
We try our best to ensure photos match the actual bedding. However, screen calibrations vary. Is that "Forest Green" or "Emerald"? It might look slightly different in your bedroom light than it does on your phone.
